• Google Workspace Data: All data accessed through Google APIs (such as Google Calendar or Google Profile data) is used strictly for providing app functionality (e.g., scheduling meetings, note-taking, and generating meeting summaries). This data is not stored, retained, or shared for purposes outside of app functionality.
• OpenAI Integration: We use OpenAI's API to summarize meeting notes upon user request. Data sent to OpenAI is processed strictly for generating summaries and is not retained by OpenAI for training or improving their models, as per OpenAI's default data usage policy.
